• To return an item you must call us at (800) 490-5368 or contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number, within 30 days of shipment. 
  
• Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have an RA Number.
  
• Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address provided on the RA Number. Shipments sent to our corporate PO Box may be refused, and are subject to addtional 20% handling fee.
   
• A returned item must be included in the original packaging as it was shipped and in new, sellable condition.
   
• Several garment styles, as well as custom or special orders are not returnable. 
   
• We make every effort to make this site helpful and accurate. On occasion product styles may differ or change from the image provided by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that a product will exactly match each image, so it is important to verify the product description before purchase. 

• Products being returned for reasons other than defects or mis-shipments are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
